🦖✨ Ending the Week STRONG at Victory Elementary STEM Academy! ✨🦖

We wrapped up an amazing week preparing for our very FIRST week of school! 💛🧡 Our team has been busy getting classrooms ready, preparing for our Raptors, getting to know our amazing Nurse and Counselor, and making sure we are READY to welcome our families and students on Monday! We cannot wait to see our Raptors walk through our doors! 🦖🎓

A BIG THANK YOU to Advisor Mr. Zachary Espericueta, for providing delicious tacos for our staff on Wednesday! 🌮❤️ And another HUGE thank you to First American Homes for providing Chick-fil-A and yummy drinks for our staff! 🐔🥤

We are so grateful for our community partnerships and for the continued support and appreciation shown to our staff. It means so much to us! ❤️

📚 FRIENDLY REMINDER, FAMILIES: SCHOOL STARTS THIS MONDAY, AUGUST 10!
⏰ Doors Open: 7:00 AM
📖 Instruction Begins: 7:27 AM
We kindly ask that families arrive on time to allow enough time to park, walk your child in, or complete drop-off.

🚗 If you are parking:
Please follow the drop-off routine around the back of the campus and continue straight into the parking area in front of the school. Signage will be provided to help guide you.

🦖 If you are dropping your child off in the car line:
No worries! Our staff will be outside welcoming students and helping them get safely into the building. We will also have staff stationed in the hallways to ensure our Raptors make it to class safely.

🚙 Car Rider Pick-Up:
If your child will be a car rider for dismissal, please make sure you have a car rider tag. Car rider tags are available in the front office.

📝 REGISTRATION REMINDER:
If you have not completed your child's registration or updated your contact information, please do so ASAP. We want to make sure we have the most current information so we can reach you quickly in case of an emergency. ❤️

Thank you so much to everyone who joined us for Meet the Teacher yesterday! It was wonderful seeing all of our families and our amazing Raptors. We are excited to welcome everyone for the first day of school! ✏️ 🏫

If you were unable to attend Meet the Teacher, please be sure to let your child's teacher know on Monday morning how your child will be getting home at dismissal. 🚗 🚌

Yesterday, your child received a name tag. Please make sure they arrive at school on Monday wearing their name tag to help us ensure a smooth arrival. ☺️

If your child is a car rider, please make sure you picked up a car rider tag and display it on the right side of your windshield, clearly visible for staff during dismissal.

Reminder: Parents and guardians will only be allowed to walk students to their classrooms on Monday, the first day of school. Beginning Tuesday, staff will be available to assist students as they enter the building.

Our instructional day begins promptly at 7:27 a.m. Please plan to arrive early so your child is in class and ready to learn on time.

🚗 Pickup & Dismissal Procedures – 2026–2027 School Year

Please take a moment to review our arrival and dismissal procedures for the 2025–2026 school year. As we open a brand-new campus, we appreciate your patience, flexibility, and understanding as we implement new systems designed to keep all students safe.

Arrival & Dismissal Route:
Enter the campus through the first entrance and follow the designated traffic pattern around the entire school.
Vehicles will merge into one lane in front of the school for student drop-off and pick-up.
Each family will receive car rider tags. Please complete the tag and display it clearly on your dashboard so staff can easily identify your student. (Red arrows are vehicles,blue arrows are bus)

Safety First;
For the safety of all students, families are asked to:
*Remain in your vehicle at all times during drop-off and dismissal.
*Do not park, exit your vehicle, or walk up to the school to pick up your child during dismissal.
*If you need to visit the front office or take care of other business after picking up your child, please first complete the pick-up line and then park in the visitor parking lot. This helps keep traffic moving efficiently and minimizes delays for all families.
