Today we celebrate our AMAZING Instructional Leaders, our Academic Facilitator Mrs.Erin Colleng & Instructional Coach Mrs.Monica Davenport 🦖❤️

These two do so much behind the scenes to help move instruction forward! From supporting teachers, analyzing data, providing feedback, helping plan for student success, and making sure our instructional vision comes to life, they are always ready to jump in and help our team grow. 📚✨

But you might also know them for another important role… car duty! 😂☀️🌧️ Whether it’s 100-degree heat, pouring rain, or whatever Texas weather decides to throw at us, they are outside greeting families, helping students, and keeping things moving!

Thank you, AF & IC, for your leadership, flexibility, hard work, and willingness to do whatever it takes for our Raptors. We are SO lucky to have you! 🧡🦖

Instructional leaders by day… car duty superheroes every day! 😂👏

🎉 CONGRATULATIONS, MS. GARCIA! 🎉

Today, we had the privilege of celebrating Ms. Gabriella Garcia, our September Teacher of the Month! 🦖❤️

Ms. Garcia is being recognized for Leading the EC Way through being an Effective Communicator! She communicates with clarity, positivity, and purpose while supporting her students, collaborating with her team, communicating with families, and leading as a Grade Level Representative.

We were also so excited to have her parents join us today to celebrate her! ❤️ It made this special recognition even more meaningful to have the people who helped shape the amazing educator and leader she is here to share in her accomplishment.

Ms. Garcia, thank you for advocating for our students and families, supporting your teammates, and always using your voice to make Victory better. We are so proud to have you on our team! 🧡

👏 Congratulations, Ms. Garcia! 🦖🎉

🍎❤️ Happy World Teacher Day! ❤️🍎

Today, we celebrate the incredible staff who show up every day with heart, dedication, patience, and a passion for our Raptors! 🦖✨

We treated our amazing staff to a small lunch today as a little way of saying THANK YOU for everything they do. They give so much of themselves to our students, and we are incredibly grateful for each and every one of them! 🧡

Parents and families, take a moment today to message your child’s teacher and let them know how amazing they are! A simple “Thank you” can mean more than you know. 💛

Happy World Teacher Day to our Victory Difference Makers! We appreciate you, we celebrate you, and we are so lucky to have you! 🦖❤️
