COME JOIN US!
Tuesday Sept. 8th
6pm in the elementary library

Joining the PTA doesn't mean dedicating a ton of hours of time to volunteering, taking time off work, attending every single event, or helping with every piece...it doesn't even mean attending EVERY meeting.

YOU can choose your level of help you can make that works for you and your life.

Ever wondered about elementary events? Or want to learn more about how PTA support our kids and school? Come join a meeting and find out just that! Get to know school staff and make a few new friends.

PTA doesn't have to be this daunting task that feels unmanageable and only possible by stay-at-home moms. In fact, majority of our PTA members ARE working parents. We support one another, show up when we can, and don't judge when one of us can't. So, come join the party! We are a fun crowd, we swear 😏

🎉 The Elma Elementary Playground Project is Complete! 🎉

What started with a need to update aging playground equipment has grown into an exciting collection of new play opportunities for Elma Elementary students!

With the partnership of Mr. Scroggins, we focused the project on replacing several basketball hoops, while also adding sensory play equipment for our younger students, new tetherballs, and balance beams that had been previously purchased.

This project truly took a village. ❤️

Funding came through a generous grant awarded to the Elma PTA by the Grays Harbor Community Foundation, along with community donations from our annual PTA Fun Run.

A huge thank-you to Buell, who stood by us through more than two years of planning and helped make this project possible by offering us incredible discounts on the new equipment. We are also incredibly grateful to Elma Facilities for their hands-on support during installation and for helping ensure all equipment was safely placed.

We are so excited for our students to return for the 2026–2027 school year and discover all of their new playground additions!

Thank you to everyone who donated, supported, planned, partnered, and believed in this project. It truly took a village, and we are so grateful for ours! 🦅💙
