We still have approximately 30 students who haven’t submitted their permission slip or liability waiver. We don’t want anyone to miss out! Please check with your friends who may not be on Facebook and see if they’ve received the info. We can accept late registrants for a few more days, but not for much longer. Thanks!

📢 Field Trip Reminder – Permission Slips Due Soon 🚨

Permission slips and liability waivers for the Class of 2030 field trip are due May 1st and the deadline is quickly approaching.

Reminder emails were sent tonight to 8th grade students who have not yet submitted their forms. If a permission slip has not been received and the student has not indicated they are not attending, they should check their school email for this notice.

Parents/guardians who would like to confirm their student’s status should have their student review their school email for updates.

📢 Reminder: Class of 2030 Field Trip Coming Up! 🚌💦

This is a quick reminder with all the details for our upcoming 8th Grade Field Trip—we’re getting close and excited for a fun day!

Who: Elma Middle School 8th Graders
Date: June 2, 2026
Time: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Where: Great Wolf Lodge, Grand Mound, WA
Transportation: Elma School District bus
Cost: Free 🎉

Lunch: Provided by the Class of 2030 Boosters (turkey sandwich, chips, cookie, and bottled water). Dietary restrictions will be accommodated per school nurse records. No outside food or drinks allowed.

What to Bring:
✔ Swimsuit
✔ Change of clothes
(Towels will be provided by Great Wolf Lodge)

🚨 PERMISSION SLIPS & LIABILITY WAIVERS ARE DUE MAY 1ST — COMING UP FAST! 🚨
Please make sure these are turned in on time so your student can attend.

Hello Elma, McCleary, and Satsop Middle School Families! We want to clear up some misinformation that is currently going around. We've been contacted by several people asking about a Valentine's Day dance this weekend, February 13 and 14, 2026. There is NO dance scheduled for Valentine's Day. Again, we are not hosting a dance this weekend. Enjoy the long break!

📣 Elma Class of 2030 Parent Booster Club – We Need Your Help! 💃🕺

Hi parents! We are excited to plan a dance for the Elma Class of 2030 on January 16 from 7:00–9:00 PM at the Elma Middle School, but we need a little help from our amazing families to make it happen.

🎶 Who’s invited:
All Elma, McCleary, and Satsop students in grades 6, 7, and 8

To keep this event fun and profitable, we are looking for:
• 💵 $200 total in donations to help cover concession supplies OR
• 🍫🥤 Donated concession items such as candy bars, bottled water, and chips
• 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️ Parent chaperones to help supervise during the dance

💬 To donate or help:
Please reach out to Stacie Tobey, Megan Freeman, Meghan Porter, Jess Hardy, or Heather McMaster.

Every donation or volunteer makes a big difference, and this event truly depends on parent participation.

👉 Important: If we don’t receive enough donations or volunteers, we will unfortunately have no choice but to cancel the dance. 🤷🏻‍♀️
