Child and Family Opportunities, Inc. was founded in 1970 as the Head Start grantee for Hancock County, and in 1980 the agency was named the Head Start grantee of Washington County. In 2006 CFO became the sponsor of Healthy Peninsula. Today, CFO is the proud employer of 80 people, and the agency is celebrating over 40 years of service.
