Hey Hancock County 4-H!
If you are an enrolled member or volunteer, we just emailed instructions to re-enroll for the 2026-2027 4-H year! It took me less than 5 minutes with 2 youth and 1 volunteer in our household profile, in case that helps with planning. ;)

A great way to celebrate the new year is to attend Cloverfest on October 17. Details were in the 4-H September Newsletter, and registration is required to attend. It helps us prepare activities and supplies when we know who to expect!

Thank you for your help, and we can't wait to see you at upcoming events!

Be sure to stop by the 4-H Exhibit Hall, and grab dinner from the 4-H Food Booth while you're nearby!

The Service Squad 4-H Club will also be selling dog bandanas to support the SPCA of Hancock County.

We're getting ready for the Blue Hill BLUE HILL FAIR! Projects are starting to slowly roll into the office, and our 4-H Team is preparing fun activities for our 4-H Exhibit Hall!

🎣 Hooked on Nature: Free 4-H Fly Fishing & Conservation Workshop! 🌲✨

Calling all youth ages 9 to 18! Join us for an exciting 4-H special interest project where you’ll dive into environmental stewardship, conservation, and the art of fly fishing.

In partnership with Downeast Trout Unlimited, local experts will lead three engaging presentations followed by hands-on fly-tying and casting workshops! Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to sharpen your skills, there’s something for everyone.

🗓️ When: Saturday, August 15, 2026 | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

📍 Where: Craig Brook National Fish Hatchery (306 Hatchery Rd, Orland, ME)
