Don Hines is an NRA certified Basic Pistol, Rifle and Shotgun Instructor. tructor for IDOC from 1997 until 2016. Rusty Walker is an NRA certified Basic Pistol and Refuse to be a Victim Instructor. He is a retired Master Sergeant from the IL National Guard where he served as an MP and a fi****ms instructor. He served multiple tours in overseas combat zones and has been awarded the Bronze Star for actions taken in Iraq.

Effective immediately, we are suspending our operations indefinitely for multiple reasons. We have thoroughly enjoyed meeting literally hundreds of like-minded folks over the last 11 years, but due to multiple personal responsibilities we have made the decision to discontinue classes. If you need a recert or a 16 hour class we are recommending contacting Illinois Tactical FI****ms Training Institute in Macomb. Their number is 309-306-1359. They are a very reputable business, ran by J. P. McGlaughlin, who is a Macomb police officer.

We are eternally thankful to those who trusted us to provide fi****ms/CCW training over the years, and we will cherish countless fond memories you all have given us.

I've got a buddy in eastern Tennessee who is a California DOC retiree, and works with me for Desert Waters Correctional Outreach. He told me his California people are ordering items on Amazon and shipping them to him. He is hauling what he gets to a local church that is set up as a distribution center for those in need. Anyone who wishes to donate something send me a PM and I'll get you his address.
