Thank you so much for supporting the Mississippi Reading Connection, LLC for the past eight years. It has been a pleasure serving you. As of May 24, 2022, we have officially closed permanently due to my health. I wish you all the very best. Thanks to everyone who helped me to finish this school year, in spite of my deteriorating health. -Shirley Harris

We recently held our awards day for the 2021-2022 year. All students did well this year and they were recognized on this special day with certificates in areas where they excelled, with parents and friends attending. Mrs. Serena and Mrs. Jessica were also recognized for helping Mrs. Shirley this year as assistants. Mrs. Jessica was unable to attend. Not pictured: Ryland Norris.

Registration Open Now!

Mississippi Reading Connection, LLC is now taking applications for the 2021-2022 year. Registration will be open through August 31, but the year of classes begins Tuesday August 2, 2021. We offer full time specialized instruction in all subjects for grades 1-8 as well as individualized tutorial instruction. Well, our refrigerator here at the Reading Connection has died. We need to have it replaced before the new year begins. It is used to keep the kid’s lunches cool so it needs to be no smaller than 18 cubic feet, preferably a little larger. We appreciate any leads anyone may have of someone who would be willing to sell one. Call Joseph at 601-498-8418.
