Meet Stephanie, an 8th grader who has taken CLC an incredible four times! For Stephanie, CLC has been more than just another class. It has helped her realize that God is speaking to her not only at church, but at school too.

Stephanie says CLC is the best class she has ever had, and she hopes that one day her own children and grandchildren will have the opportunity to take CLC as well.

Her favorite Bible passage is Psalm 34:1–2:

“I will bless the Lord at all times; his praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul makes its boast in the Lord; let the humble hear and be glad.”

When Stephanie isn’t in school, she loves learning new Bible stories and discovering the deeper meaning behind Bible verses. Her love for learning and growing in her faith makes her a wonderful example of how CLC can make an impact that lasts far beyond the classroom.

📍 Our Youth Group Connection Station is Coming Along Nicely! 🙌

Our students have had so much fun helping put together our new Youth Group Connection Station! They’ve been busy adding flyers from local youth groups, and we love seeing them take ownership of this space. 💜

Our hope is that this station will help students discover a place where they can belong, build relationships, grow in their faith, and connect with a church family outside of CLC.

We can’t wait to keep adding more flyers and opportunities for our students! We are praying that God will use this little station to connect students with churches and youth ministries where they can continue to grow closer to Him.

✨ Middle School CLC: A Great Start to the School Year! ✨

Our middle school CLC students have had an amazing first month of school! It has been so encouraging to see them grow, connect with one another, and begin the year with hearts open to learning more about God.

Throughout this first month, we have seen students encourage one another, participate in meaningful conversations, and grow in their understanding of God’s Word.

As they continue through the school year, our prayer is that they remember that God is with them in every classroom, every friendship, every challenge, and every new experience. We pray that their faith continues to grow and that they become confident in knowing who they are in Christ.

We are so proud of the way our middle school students have started this year, and we are excited to see all that God will do in and through them!
