Perfect weather for building an outdoor mushroom bed!🍄
I had the privilege of visiting a local homeschool group today and guide them in creating a mushroom bed. The kiddos were such a team! They worked together to locate a good spot, move and install wood chips, and build a natural border.
Later we foraged and were blessed with tons of gorgeous Chanterelles! Of course I had to cook them up for everyone !
Thankful to the hostess for sharing the bounty! I came home and fried these up for my family 🍄💚
