Making the Invisible Visible
A CEO said something to me recently:
“Nothing is technically broken… but something isn’t working.”
That’s the hardest place to lead from.
Because there’s no clear problem to solve.
No obvious fire to put out.
Just… drag.
Decisions take longer than they should.
Conversations don’t go deep enough.
Ex*****on requires more effort than expected.
And over time, you start to question:
Is it the team?
Is it the structure?
Is it me?
In most cases, it’s none of those individually.
It’s the system between them all.
The subtle dynamics:
• What isn’t being said in the meeting room.
• Where assumptions quickly replace curiosity.
• How decisions are actually being made.
• Where alignment is assumed—but not real.
These are invisible until they’re named.
And until they’re named, they slow everything down.
This is the work I do.
Not adding more strategy—
but making the unseen visible so the business can move again.
If you’ve ever felt this as a leader, you already know: Clarity doesn’t come from pushing harder. It comes from seeing what’s actually there.
