The hustle culture is dead. I don’t have to work every Saturday in the salon to be successful.
I can take a full week off and my clients will be happy for me.
I don’t have to emotionally discount my services.
I don’t have to come in to work when I’m not feeling well.
I don’t have to say yes to things when my gut is telling me no.
It’s embarrassing to say that it took me two decades to learn that I don’t have to work every weekend.
It’s also amazing to say that I work less now and I work smarter not harder.
It’s about finding balance in your career.
The thing about the beauty business is that you’re going to fall in and out of love with it. It’s like a full-time relationship. You’ve gotta find the balance so that way when you come to work, and love your job.
I love my job and I want you to love yours too.
If you offer hair extensions or have you ever thought of offering hair extensions I’m teaching a class in May and there’s just one seat open now.
This class is known to change lives. I give you everything and I also include my personal accounting numbers so you can see how I grew my own book. And see what’s possible.
Full transparency, three days of education from one stylist to another.
