From acorns to mighty oaks!🌳

Today, our Middle School students began the school year in prayer, reflecting on our Notre Dame de Namur Hallmarks and the life and lessons of St. Julie Billiart. To conclude the service, each student received an acorn, a call to "Step Up & Step Out," and a reminder that God-given gifts flourish when nurtured in the right environment. Rooted in faith, learning, and community, we look forward to watching our students grow into all they are meant to be!

Annual traditions. Turtle Derby. Veterans Day. Friends who became family. These are some of the memories Victor DiMeo carries with him from his years at Trinity.

The patience he discovered in quiet reflection, and the leadership he developed here stayed with him long after he left. At Trinity, we educate for life.

Today, Victor has returned home to Trinity as our Assistant Director of Auxiliary Programs, helping lead our Extended Day Program and Summer Camp.

That’s Trinity: a place alumni return to, where friends become family, and where the lessons and memories formed here stay with you.

As we celebrate 85 years, we celebrate Victor - and every alumnus, teacher, staff member, and family whose story is woven into ours.

85 years of Trinity.🌳 One powerful reminder of legacy.

As teachers returned this week to kick off our historic 85th year, Board Chair Lori Silverthorne shared a message on legacy that set the tone for the year ahead, rooted in Hallmark 6: “We create community among those with whom we work and with those we serve.”

Grateful for the educators and community who embody our Notre Dame de Namur hallmarks every day. Welcome back, Trinity family!

From the Class of '92 to the Class of Today 🌳

Take a look back at Trinity's 8th grade class of 1991-92. Familiar smiles gathered under our oak trees, standing right where generations of students have stood before and since.

Somewhere in that photo are two teenagers, Emily and Brendan, who had no idea that three decades later, Trinity would still be woven into their lives - and their children's lives too.

Today, Emily teaches music in the same halls she once walked as a student. Her daughter proudly followed in her footsteps, graduating with the Class of 2026. Brendan, a longtime member of Trinity's Finance Committee, celebrated the graduation of his oldest son with the Class of 2025, with his youngest set to follow in just two years.

This is what makes Trinity more than a school - it's a place where roots run deep. Alumni return to teach, parents step forward to lead, and generations of families continue to shape our community. It's the kind of place where the community you join as a child stays with you for life. 💚
