So, we’ll be in Unity Park 10am for YOGA & SOUNDBATH — wear layers, bring a yoga mat, blanket or towel to move and relax on - no registration required, just come on down and be sure to see the walls coming to life in the alley (behind Gallery One & the Pearl) after our park yoga flow!
