The school-age kiddos are officially back in school, and while we are SO proud to see them growing, learning, and taking on another school year, we have to admit… Little Scholars just isn’t quite the same without them! 🥹❤️
Every teacher has already noticed the empty spots, the quieter rooms, and most importantly, the little personalities we’ve grown to love so much. 🥰
From the silly jokes and big hugs to the stories about their weekends and all the excitement they bring into our center—they are truly missed by every teacher! ❤️

💛 WHAT YOU DON’T ALWAYS SEE BEHIND THE SCENES… 💛
To our amazing Little Scholars families,
When you drop your child off with us each morning, we know you’re trusting us with the most precious part of your world. ❤️ And while you may only see the smiles at drop-off and pickup, there is SO much that happens in between.
Behind the scenes, there are teachers wiping tears and giving extra hugs. 🥹 There are little hands being held when someone misses Mommy or Daddy. There are friends being encouraged to share, teachers celebrating those first big accomplishments, tiny voices telling us stories, and little hearts learning how to be brave, kind, independent, and confident.
There are messy art projects, silly dances, songs being sung way too loudly, books being read over and over, playground adventures, scraped knees that need a little love, and countless “look what I did!” moments. 🖍️📚🎨
And sometimes, behind the scenes, our staff stays a little longer, works a little harder, cleans up one more mess, comforts one more child, prepares one more activity, or simply makes sure every child feels seen, loved, safe, and important.
Because your children aren't just “in our care.”
They become a part of our hearts. ❤️
We know you have a million things on your mind when you leave them with us. We hope you can go through your day knowing that while you're away, someone is cheering them on, caring for them, laughing with them, teaching them, comforting them, and loving them.

💙 A HUGE SHOUT-OUT TO OUR LITTLE SCHOLARS TEAM! 💙
We want to take a moment to recognize our amazing staff who have worked endless hours, stepped up, filled in, and continued giving their all while we have been battling sickness and being short-staffed. 🙌🏼
We know these past few weeks have not been easy, and we truly cannot thank you enough for your patience, dedication, flexibility, and most importantly, the love you continue to show our Little Scholars. ❤️ You all have gone above and beyond, and we appreciate you more than words can say!

Monica isn't just the owner and director of Little Scholars—she has been in the trenches and in the ring right alongside her staff! 💪🏼 She has stepped into classrooms, helped wherever she was needed, worked through the chaos, and continued making sure our children were cared for and loved.
Being an owner and director is one thing… but rolling up your sleeves and standing beside your team when things get tough is what true leadership looks like. ❤️

💙 A Little Update From Little Scholars 💙
To all of our amazing Little Scholars moms, dads, and families,
We’re sorry we haven’t been as active on Facebook lately! The past few weeks have been a little hectic behind the scenes. We’ve been dealing with staffing shortages, losing some wonderful staff members, and, of course, sickness going around. 😷❤️
We know changes like this can be difficult, and we truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support while we’ve worked through everything.
We’re excited to say that we are now welcoming some new faces to our Little Scholars family! 🥰 You may have already noticed a few new faces around the center this week. We’re so excited about the fresh energy they’re bringing and look forward to introducing them to everyone!
We want you to know that we are working hard every day to provide your children with a safe, loving, fun, and nurturing place to learn and grow. ❤️
