Today, our amazing new staff members jumped into their very first day of training. We are thrilled to have them on board and can’t wait to see the impact they’ll make!

Special thanks to our visiting vendors - APGFCU, CCLC, CCCTA, and FFFCU - for showing up to support our team. We also deeply appreciate the Perryville Middle School staff for hosting us in their building and helping today run smoothly!

Today, we gathered at Elkton High School for the annual CCPS Educational Leadership Conference.

Inspired by Kyle McDowell's Begin with WE, this year’s theme, “The Power of We,” brought our district leaders together to reflect on unity, shared purpose, and a culture of excellence. From deep collaboration to exciting new goals, today set the foundation for everything we will accomplish together in the upcoming 2026–2027 school year.

We’re energized and looking forward to welcoming back our incredible staff and students—because when WE lead together, extraordinary things happen! Here’s to a year filled with growth, achievement, and collective success!
