Another week in the books at The Lab!

This is what it’s all about — a gym full of young athletes competing, learning, building confidence, and getting better together.

We’re proud of every player who came through the doors this week and PUT IN THE WORK.

The goal has always been bigger than basketball. We’re building a culture, a community, and a place where young players can grow on and off the court.

Thank you to all of the parents who continue to trust The Basketball Lab with your athletes. We don’t take that support for granted.

And we’re just getting started.

Our first ever Basketball Lab 7th Grade AAU team season was a success!

This isn’t just about wins and losses. It’s about building players the right way—developing basketball IQ, habits, discipline, confidence, and a team-first mentality.

Today was the first chapter.

The work continues. 🏀💙

Another week in the books.

There weren’t any shortcuts this week. Just players showing up every day, competing, paying attention to the details, and putting in the work.

Real improvement doesn’t happen overnight. It comes from stacking good days together, and that’s exactly what this group did.

Proud of everyone who walked through our doors this week. Keep working.

Our August camps are next.
- Middle School Camp
- High School Camp

If you’re serious about improving your game before the season starts, now’s the time.

• This allows the player to create more space and get off a cleaner step back jump shot.
