Today, we recognize Juneteenth, a day to honor freedom, resilience, and the ongoing pursuit of equality.

As we reflect on this important day, we reaffirm our commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces and communities where everyone belongs.

In observance of Juneteenth, our office will be closed on Friday, June 19.

Keep an eye out while you're driving through , you might see our new rig on the move! πŸ‘€

While we love seeing your crews at the DCIT building, we know it is not always easy to send team members away from site for safety training.

That is why we built this mobile unit.

Our instructors can pack up the gear and bring the classroom directly to your gate, helping workers get the safety cards and training they need without losing valuable time on site.

At the end of the day, it is all about helping every worker get home safely after their shift, and we want to make that as easy as possible for your operation.

If you see us on the road, give us a honk!

Want us to stop by your site? Let’s get you on the schedule.

The Elko Mine Expo never gets old.

Year after year, it is the people that make it. The familiar faces, the new connections, the genuine warmth of a community that shows up for each other and for this industry.

Watching the kids light up in the VR headset was a highlight this year. Our trainer, Morgan spent time walking attendees through our simulator, and the reactions said everything.

These moments may look like play, but what they are experiencing is a powerful learning tool. VR simulation helps introduce youth to mining in a way that is engaging, memorable, and hands-on, while showing how technology can help operators build real confidence and muscle memory before they ever step onto a live production floor.

It was also great to welcome members from the NORCAT team to the booth and share what we are building together through GBC-NORCAT Mine Skills Training (MST).

A huge thank you to Travis, Sheena, Kelsey, and Morgan for representing our team with so much energy and heart all week.

If you missed us this year, we are always at the DCIT Building on the Great Basin College campus.

See you next year, Elko!

The best feeling on a mine site? Total confidence in the person standing next to you.

Not because you hope they paid attention in training. Because you watched them get tested.

There's a particular kind of miner that comes out of our location. Not just certified but settled. The kind of person who's already run the scenario in their head a dozen times before they ever hit the site. Who doesn't hesitate because hesitation got trained out of them.

We call them safety anchors. Your crew will just call them reliable.

We obsess over the details of competency so you don't have to. The curriculum, the assessments, the standard that doesn't bend because someone's in a hurry. That's our job.

Yours is production. We'll make sure the people doing it are ready.

Come see what that looks like in person. Schedule a tour of the MST location today.

Our classroom has a very high ceiling for success...

Literally.

At most training facilities, scissor lift operation means a diagram on a whiteboard and a checklist you sign at the end. At our MST facility in , it means your instructor is 20 feet in the air, running every control, walking every safety check, in real time, on real equipment.

Because we don't believe in pretending to train. We brought the job site indoors. The lifts and the controls are very real. The muscle memory your team builds here is the same muscle memory they'll rely on the moment they step back onto the site.

That's the difference between a miner who has been trained on a scissor lift and one who knows how to operate one.

We do the literal heavy lifting β€” so your crew shows up confident, capable, and ready to work at height without hesitation.

We didn't just read the book on mining safety. We're the ones who put it on the table.

Most training centers deliver content. They hand over the material, run through the slides, and sign off on the hours. And technically? That's enough to meet the requirement.

But meeting a requirement and mastering a skill are two very different things.

At our facility, we design experiences. Every course is built on standardized curriculum β€” not because it's required, but because consistency is how you eliminate variation. And in high-stakes environments, variation is where errors live.

When every miner learns the exact same skills, in the exact same sequence, to the exact same standard β€” something shifts. They stop just knowing what to do. They start moving through a site with the kind of precision that only comes from real mastery.

High standards don't slow teams down. They're what make teams reliable.

Is your team ready for the gold standard? Schedule your tour of the MST facility today.

We have a very complicated relationship with gravity.

We're winning.

Gravity doesn't negotiate. It doesn't care about your timeline, your crew size, or whether it's someone's first week on the job. It just pulls.

So we don't negotiate either.

At our MST facility in , fall protection training isn't a box to check before sending someone up. It's where we obsess over every adjustment, every strap, every point of contact until your team isn't just wearing the gear correctly. They're wearing it without thinking.

Our instructors work side-by-side with your miners, turning what used to feel like a confusing pre-shift chore into something that clicks. Automatically. Every time.

Because production-ready doesn't mean "probably fine." It means your miner can step out over that ledge with full focus on the task β€” not the tie-off.

Turn your training hours into site-wide confidence. Book your next block today.

Today, we celebrate the mothers within the mining industry and the women shaping the people behind it. πŸ’™

Whether leading underground, supporting operations, training the next generation, or guiding their families and communities, their impact reaches far beyond the workplace.

Thank you to the moms whose strength, leadership, and support continue to shape our industry every day.
