Sculpt your muscles and burn calories in our strength training class starting later this month! πͺπ
Each class begins with a full-body warm-up, followed by a series of strength training exercises executed with dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands.
Students will improve muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility. The workout can be modified for any fitness level!

Have your teen learn the basics of wheel throwing! π₯°π₯°
Students will learn the basics of throwing clay on the wheel creating cyclinders and bowls in the first week. In week two we will learn to trim feet, add handles, and a variety of decorative techniques. The final week we will learn glazing techniques and about firing in the kiln.
This three-week wheel throwing course is geared toward teenagers ages 12-18 years old. All experience levels are welcome.

GBC is offering beginner rock climbing camps and classes for all ages! ππ
Our youth rock climbing camp is three days and for grades 5th - 8th on July 6-8 and 9th - 12th on July 20-22. They will learn the basics of rock climbing such as how to tie into the rope, how to check your belayer for safety, and basic movement fundamentals.
Our adult class is for ages 18 and up. You'll learn how to safely attach yourself to the rope, how to properly belay your climbing partner, as well as how to safely bring them back to the earth. Students will also learn basic anchor building fundamentals, movement techniques, and other skills applicable to outdoor climbing.

With guided instruction, choose your projects: full dress, corset belt, tunic, hooded cape, or tabard.Participants provide their own fabric; a materials list with required yardage will be shared in advance. Bring a personal sewing machine, or contact the instructor to use one of ours.
