📣IMPORTANT REMINDER!
Students and families who plan to take advantage of the Pierpont dual credit opportunity should make their payment as soon as possible if they have not already done so.
DEADLINE IS 9/15/2026!
The payment deadline is quickly approaching, and payment is required for students to receive the college credit through Pierpont.
Remember: students will still remain in their RTC class and receive their high school credit even if they do not purchase the Pierpont college credit.

Please do not wait until the last minute to complete your payment.
📢 Important Update!
was notified that Pierpont Community & Technical College dual enrollment costs will no longer be covered for freshmen and sophomores.
Students will remain enrolled in their CTE classes, and their high school schedule and credit will not change. Families only need to decide whether they would like to pay for the optional college credit through Pierpont.
Pierpont dual enrollment is $25 per college credit hour:
• Business courses: 3 credits — $75
• Hydraulics: 3 credits — $75
• Electrical: 4 credits — $100
Students are not required to purchase the college credit to remain in their RTC course.
Families who would like their student to continue with the Pierpont dual enrollment opportunity should contact Mrs. Jodie Akers, RTC School Counselor, at 304-636-9195, ext. 106.
