Yesterday we had the opportunity to take our Senior Learning Center students to the Flight 93 National Memorial in Shanksville, PA. 🇺🇸

It was a beautiful, humbling, and educational experience as we learned more about the brave passengers and crew of Flight 93 and the sacrifice they made on September 11, 2001.

We are thankful for opportunities like this to take learning outside the classroom and allow our students to experience such an important part of our nation’s history firsthand. ❤️🤍💙

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

What a blessing to have 10 of our alumni come out and help with our Chicken Burn today! ❤️ One slipped away before we could get the picture, but we were able to capture 9 of them together. We are so thankful they came back to support and serve their school! 🐔💙

What a HUGE success our Chicken Burn was today! 🐔❤️

We cannot thank everyone enough who helped make it possible — everyone who sold tickets, donated supplies, prepared food, worked the grills, packed meals, collected money, helped with pickup, and jumped in wherever they were needed.

And a HUGE thank you to everyone who purchased dinners and supported Good Shepherd Christian Academy! Your support means so much to our students and helps make their trips and activities possible.

It truly took a team, and we are so thankful for every single person who had a part in making today such a wonderful success. We are blessed with an amazing school, church, families, friends, and community! ❤️

THANK YOU! We couldn’t have done it without you! 🐔🔥
