Every year, Osborne Audiology students create their own vestibular system headbands using pipe cleaners, plastic headbands and cut-up pool noodles during their Vestibular and Balance 1 course. This fun activity helps them understand the shape and orientation of peripheral vestibular (balance organs).

In addition to helping students build connections with one another, Orientation Week connected students with faculty and staff who can support and guide them throughout their time at Drexel. Students were introduced to resources available to help them succeed, and just as importantly, the week was designed to build their confidence as they enter their programs and reassure them that they can get help if needed.
