Our preschoolers have been training like little Olympians all week as they explored our Summer Olympics theme through the Elite Minds Curriculum!⭐

Mrs. Alyssa's class practiced early math, literacy, fine motor skills, and teamwork through hands-on Olympic-inspired activities like medal matching, Olympic ring art, torch crafts, color sorting, and healthy lifestyle discussions.

Every activity was thoughtfully designed to build kindergarten readiness while keeping learning fun, active, and engaging.

At Elite, we believe children learn best through purposeful play—and this week's Olympic adventures were definitely gold medal worthy! 🥇✨

It’s been a week full of heart here at Elite-Blondo!

While we’ve been busy celebrating the wonderful dads and father figures in our lives, our Elite Minds Curriculum has been centered on the themes of love, appreciation, and building strong foundations.

Why we focused on this theme:

🌟Creative Expression: Crafting personalized gifts and cards is more than just fun—it’s excellent practice for fine motor control and artistic confidence.

While the water play outside was a hit, the real magic happened inside our classrooms. At Elite, every theme becomes a hands-on learning adventure through our Elite Minds Curriculum — where children build kindergarten-ready skills while having a blast.

🔬 Pre-K students became young scientists with Carnival Ramp Races and Cotton Candy Color Science, discovering how colors mix and change. They also got creative by designing their own cotton candy-inspired artwork.

🏆 Preschoolers practiced counting and number recognition by corralling the correct number of farm animals into their pens, searched for admission tickets in a county fair sensory bin, and enjoyed exciting fair-inspired games like ring toss and cup stacking challenges.

🎨 Toddlers explored their artistic side by creating circus clown crafts and county fair popcorn art while strengthening fine motor skills through hands-on activities using pipe cleaners and sensory materials.

📚🎨🔬 From science experiments and creative art projects to math games and sensory exploration, County Fair Week was full of smiles, laughter, and learning!
