Personalized yard signs, banners, and feather flags are used to build spirit and boost morale during a hectic season! A spirit team volunteer will arrive to EHS and help place yard signs in the morning at 7:00 am AND/OR help put signs away after school or a football game depending on the day.

An AM and PM shift for each date of the marching season is listed below.

Putting the signs out or putting them away takes no more than 20 minutes thanks to the innovative system a booster parent has put into place! A spirit team volunteer can sign up for as many AM/PM slots as they'd like.

Pit Crew helps the the band move equipment and props onto and off of the field. On competition days this will be an all day commitment.

It is preferred that pit crew volunteers try to be available for all performances in the season so that specific roles can be assigned. Bus Chaperones take attendance at departure to and from competition and ride the bus with the students. While at a competition, a bus chaperone will encourage performers to take care of themselves and to represent EHS with pride. For example, bus chaperones may help remind students to wear sunscreen, to stay out of the mud while in uniform, or to rest and hydrate between the preliminary performance and finals.

🎶 Help Support the Elkhorn High School Band! 🎶

I’m incredibly proud of the hard work, dedication, and heart our students put into this program. Band is about so much more than the performances—it’s about friendships, memories, teamwork, and being part of something bigger than yourself.

We’re raising funds to help support our students through show design, clinicians, instrument repairs, percussion supplies, equipment, and more.
