🏰👑 A Feast Fit for Royalty! 👑🏰

Our fourth graders traveled back in time as they wrapped up their Medieval Times unit with a feast! Throughout the unit, students explored the different groups of people, learned about influential historical figures, and even used evidence to write about whether King Henry was a good ruler!

What a great way to bring history to life and celebrate their learning! At Ox Bow, learning is more than just reading about history—it’s about experiencing it, thinking critically, and having fun along the way!

🍎🍏 Learning Comes to Life at Kercher’s Apple Orchard! 🍏🍎

Our Ox Bow kindergarten students enjoyed a wonderful visit to Kercher’s Apple Orchard, where they had the opportunity to bring their CKLA learning to life! As students explored the orchard, they made real-world connections to their study of the five senses while beginning their new unit on plants. 🌱🍎

What a fantastic opportunity for our young learners to see, touch, smell, hear, and experience the world around them while building background knowledge and curiosity about how plants grow!

Experiences like these make learning meaningful, memorable, and FUN! A special thank you to Kercher’s Apple Orchard for helping our students learn beyond the classroom!

❤️💛 At Ox Bow, every child belongs, grows, and shines!

🎶🦴 Learning through music at Ox Bow!

Mrs. Bley’s class has been learning about the axial bones, and students came up with a creative way to remember them—putting what they learned to a familiar tune! 🎵

We love seeing students take ownership of their learning and find fun ways to make it stick!

🎤 Can you guess the tune? Drop your guess in the comments! 👇
