💛 Eighteen years ago, Erin Hann walked into a Growing Kids classroom for the very first time — and she never looked back. Today, we're celebrating her 18th anniversary with Growing Kids Learning Centers, and what an incredible journey it's been.

Erin began her career here as a Teacher, pouring her heart into every classroom she stepped into. Her passion for children and her natural gift for leadership didn't go unnoticed, and she soon grew into the role of Assistant Director. Today, Erin proudly leads our SR23 school as Director. She leads with heart, patience, and an unwavering commitment to doing what's best for the kids in her care — qualities that have made her such a beloved and respected part of our Growing Kids family.

Eighteen years is no small milestone, and it reflects not just Erin's longevity, but her deep dedication to this profession and to the families who have trusted her along the way. So many children have grown up under her care, so many staff members have learned from her leadership, and so many families have felt the difference her presence makes every single day.

Erin, thank you for 18 years of heart, hard work, and unwavering commitment to Growing Kids Learning Centers. We are blessed to have you, and we can't wait to see what the next chapter holds. Here's to you! 🎉

⚾🎉 SR23 summer campers had a HOME RUN of a day at Four Winds Field!

Our campers headed out to watch the South Bend Cubs and got the VIP treatment — some of our kiddos even got to clean the bases before the game started! ⚾✨ They met one of the pitchers and scored some pretty awesome autographs, and if that wasn't exciting enough... they made it on TV! 📺🤩

Talk about a summer camp memory they'll be talking about for years to come! We're so grateful for a fun-filled day at the ballpark. Swipe through to see all the excitement! 🎉

Today we're giving a huge shoutout to Mary for an incredible 16 years with Growing Kids Learning Centers! 💛 Mary is known for being reliable through and through, and her love for the children she cares for shines in everything she does.

She always goes above and beyond for the families at our center on Campbell St in Valparaiso — especially when it comes to our holiday programs, where she brings extra magic to the classroom! And let's not forget her legendary classroom parties, which are always a blast for our little ones. 🎈🎊

This week, we said goodbye to our last group of preschoolers at our State Road 23 school as they embark on their next big adventure: kindergarten! And how fitting that Whitney made a little caterpillar friend on the playground before she left.

Just as caterpillars nestle deep inside a cocoon before emerging as beautiful butterflies, our kiddos spend their first five years nestled safely within our school, growing, learning, developing, and preparing to spread their wings and step into the world of formal education. From the very beginning, we get the incredible privilege of watching them grow from tiny babies into confident, curious, kind little people—and then, all too quickly, it’s time to let them fly. To all of our friends, we are wishing you an incredible school year filled with growth, new adventures, friendships, discovery, and a lifelong love of learning!

We love you all SO much and can’t wait to hear about all of the amazing things you’re going to do. Now go spread those wings, little butterflies! 🐛🦋❤️

One of the most anticipated traditions of Summer Camp at our State Road 23 center is Starbucks Day!

Our campers transform into baristas for the day, running their very own Starbucks Café for the teachers in our building! They work together to take orders, follow drink recipes, prepare beverages and snacks, and serve their customers—all while practicing teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and exceptional customer service.

The smiles are contagious, the drinks are delicious, and the life skills they're building are priceless.

Our campers love it, our teachers love it... Starbucks Day is a win for everyone!

Don't worry... no caffeine was used in the making of this day!
