From the wild wilderness to our everyday lives, things can get pretty chaotic! But if there’s one thing our kids are bringing home from Trinity’s True North VBS last week, it’s this: No matter how wild life gets, Jesus is our ultimate guide and steady anchor.

We spent the week learning about our buddies Bruce the Moose, Clawdia the King Crab, Earnest the Bald Eagle, Kody the Bear, and Ponder the Sea Otter…. each representing a different way that kids can trust Jesus, with stories and scripture tied to each character.

We had the absolute best week exploring, laughing, and learning together.

It's seventh grade's turn! Let us pray for safe travels as they embark on their class trip!

This morning, our eighth graders embarked on their annual class trip! Join us in prayer for their safe travel and fun adventures this week!

O God, our beginning and our end, you kept Abraham and Sarah in safety throughout the days of their pilgrimage, you led the children of Israel through the midst of the sea, and by a star you led the magi to the infant Jesus. Protect all who travel. Make their ways safe and their homecomings joyful, and bring us at last to our heavenly home, where you dwell in glory with our Lord Jesus Christ and the life-giving Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.
