And that brings us to the end of our 2025-26 school year! Friday marked the close of our 3rd complete year as a public, tuition-free, arts integrated charter school. We are so proud of the work our of team and the growth of our students and we look forward to continuing the journey together in the fall!

Thank you to all of our volunteers, PAA Booster Club, staff and the Elkhart Fire Department for making our final Field Day of the year an amazing success! Now get some well deserved rest!

Last night, our Premier Arts Academy family gathered for one of our favorite traditions—the Leveling Up Ceremony & Community Expo.

From incredible performances by our Band, Orchestra, Choir, and Cheer Team to the countless projects, talents, and achievements on display, the evening was a beautiful celebration of growth, creativity, and community.

We cheered as every student leveled up to their next adventure, and we proudly celebrated a milestone years in the making: the graduation of our very first 8th Grade class.

To our graduates, thank you for helping shape the story of Premier Arts Academy. You will always hold a special place in our hearts as our first graduating class. To all of our students, we are so proud of how far you've come and excited to see where your journey takes you next.

Here's to a year of learning, creating, growing, and becoming. The next level awaits.

Mr. Q and Mr. Mike had the absolute pleasure of taking our club members on a behind-the-scenes field trip to the ABC57 South Bend news station.

We were hosted by Molly, the News Director, who graciously gave us a phenomenal, highly informative tour. The kids got a first-hand look at all the moving parts of a professional broadcast network and saw exactly how the technology brings everything to life. They even got to envision themselves in the different roles available in the media industry!

A huge highlight was getting to speak with Brian Conybear, one of the lead anchors. Brian shared his perspective on the power of chasing your dreams and working hard toward your goals—a message that truly resonated with our youth.

To wrap up an already amazing day, our crew got to take pictures and record a special video shout-out that actually aired on the 6 PM news that evening!

Exposing young people to these kinds of real-world career opportunities is easily one of my favorite parts of this work. Our club members thoroughly enjoyed the experience and kept the questions coming!

Last week our Middle Schoolers participated in their Arts Concentrations Showcase! Once students reach Middle School, they're able to select an Arts Concentration where they deepen their appreciation and understanding of Visual Art, Dance, Theatre, or Digital Arts. The Arts Concentration Showcase gave families and friends and chance to see the work and growth of their Middle Schoolers!

Yesterday, our Digital Arts students took a deep dive into the world of professional printing with a visit to AlphaGraphics. This trip was the culmination of weeks of hard work, as students saw the custom shirt designs they created in Canva finally come to life.

​The highlight of the day was a personal tour led by the owner, Erik Schultz. Erik took us through the entire facility, explaining the complex printing and distribution processes for various products. It wasn’t just a tour—it was a masterclass. Our students had the unique opportunity to discuss the technical aspects of their shirt production and received professional critiques on their designs from industry experts.

​Seeing their creative concepts turn into high-quality apparel was an invaluable experience. A huge thank you to Erik and the AlphaGraphics team for hosting us and inspiring the next generation of designers!
