We were informed today by the U.S. Coast Guard at Sector Upper Mississippi River Waterways Management Division that, due to high water levels in Pool 10 of the Mississippi River (MM 615.1-647.8 UMR), recreational boating is prohibited until further notice.

Today, January 9th, is National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day (L.E.A.D.)

In 2015 several organizations came together to create National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day to thank officers across the country for the daily sacrifices they make for their communities.

You can show your support in a number of ways:
• Send a card of support to your local police department or law enforcement agency.
• Share a story about a positive law enforcement experience in the comments.
• Participate in Project Blue Light - Proudly display your blue light in support of law enforcement.
• Advertise your support through local media outlets/billboards.
• Post on your social media pages.

Most importantly, if you see Mitch, Adam or Tyler, stop and thank them!
