Shepherd’s Inn Christian Daycare is looking for a Lead Teacher with credentials (or someone willing to obtain them) to join our team.
📍 Location:
11800 196th Avenue NW
Elk River, Minnesota
We are seeking a caring, dependable Christian Lead Teacher who loves working with children and is passionate about helping young children learn and grow in a safe, nurturing, and faith-filled environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a classroom of young children
Work with staff to implement age-appropriate learning activities
Incorporate Christian values, prayer, and Bible stories into daily routines
Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development
Help create a positive, fun, and supportive workplace atmosphere
Position Details:
Hours: 20–30 hours per week
Location: Elk River, MN
