Let’s celebrate an amazing week of Band Camp together!

📅 Friday, August 7
🕓 Please bring your items to the Multipurpose Cafeteria beginning at 4:00 PM.

Please bring the following based on your last name:

🍗 A–F: Main Dish (chicken, meatballs, lasagna, etc.)

🥗 G–M: Side Dish (salad, potato dish, pasta, casserole, vegetables, etc.)

🥤 N–R: Drinks (water, soda, or pre-packaged juice)

🍰 S–V: Desserts

🍽️ W–Z: Plates, Napkins & Utensils

🎓 Senior Spotlight: Meet Matteo Po***ck 🎶

Matteo has been a dedicated member of the Franklin High band program for the past four years! His involvement includes:

🥁 Wind Ensemble – 3 years (Percussion)
🎺 Marching Band – 4 years (2 years Backflag, 2 years Percussion)
🎼 Jazz Band – 1 year (Vibraphone)
🥁 Drumline – 4 years (3 years Synth, 1 year Timpani)

Throughout his time in the program, Matteo has also taken on leadership roles, serving as:
⭐ Equipment Manager – 2 years
⭐ Pit Co-Captain – 1 year
⭐ Percussion Co-Section Leader – 1 year

Matteo's favorite band memories include the Disneyland band trips and spending time with friends after drumline competitions. 🎢🎶

After FHS, Matteo plans to attend San Diego State University and major in Music: Piano Performance. 🎹

We know the future is bright for you, Matteo, and we wish you all the best in this next chapter! 💜🖤
