Mrs. McFadden is the warm and wonderful force behind the scenes of the School of Engineering and Computer Science at Elizabethtown College. As Administrative Assistant, she keeps the department running seamlessly by coordinating faculty schedules, maintaining ABET accreditation, organizing the End of Year Ceremony, managing student employees, and so much more. No task is too big or too small, she handles it all with grace and a smile.

But what truly sets Mrs. McFadden apart is her heart. She greets everyone with a genuine smile, knows how to turn a bad day around, and makes every student and staff member feel seen and valued. She is a ray of sunshine in everything she does.
