Etown's Student Chapter of Council for Exceptional Children Council For Exceptional Children (Etown Chapter) is a brand new club on the Elizabethtown College campus.

We are so excited to start connecting with the outside Etown community! Council For Exceptional Children is dedicated to serving school-age children with mental, physical or emotional disabilities.
