Join Elsa for a finals week escape to a galaxy not so far away 🌌✨ at our May the 4th Be With Yogi yoga class! We’ll gather on Brinser Field on Monday, May 4 from 7–8pm to trade exam stress for serenity and let the Force guide our flow.
Through light, easy stretches and gentle movement, you’ll release tension, recharge your energy, and find balance between the light side (calm) and the dark side (finals week chaos). 🌿
We’ll close our journey with a 10-minute guided meditation led by Dr. Long; perfect for centering your mind before heading back into the academic universe.
If the weather turns to the dark side, we’ll move indoors to the Bowers Center group fitness room (class cap: 30). If we remain under the open sky, all are welcome; no class cap in this corner of the galaxy! Register in advance to secure your spot if we move inside! https://etown.dserec.com/online/cr/calendar/calendar-weekly-view
