-=[ ANNOUNCEMENT ]=-

Our 2026 Women’s Self Defense seminar has been scheduled for Tuesday August 11th and Tuesday August 18th. Both days are scheduled for 7:15pm to 8:30ish and we are now taking RSVPs!!!

This 2-part seminar is a hands-on informational and physical session designed to instill situational awareness, confidence and simple, retainable self-defense knowledge.

If you or someone you know is interested please message us here or call us at 270-737-2927 to reserve your place.

Participants must be 16 or older. The cost of the complete seminar is $60 per individual.

Be aware that this seminar does include physical contact and controlled force. You will be striking with hands, feet, knees and elbows as well as learning to leverage against grabs and holds. Dress comfortably in tasteful workout attire and PLEASE let us know ahead of time of any physical limitations/health issues you may have.

In observance of the Independence Day holiday, we will be closed Saturday, July 4th. Classes start back on normal schedule Monday morning. Everyone enjoy your weekend, have a safe holiday and stay cool!

-=[ MAKE UP TESTING ANNOUNCEMENT ]=-

Make up testing will be held on Tuesday, June 9th at 7:30pm for those who may have missed the original test date or need to retest on a specific discipline. We will be having this test during our regular Black Belt class. Please arrive a little early to warm up and prepare.
