One of the hardest moments in childcare is saying goodbye 💛

When a family leaves ECCC, our staff goes above and beyond to make sure it’s a meaningful send-off. From hugs and handmade cards to thoughtful words and special memories, they show just how deeply they’ve loved and cared for each child.

These goodbyes remind us that our classrooms are more than just places to learn—they’re places where babies are loved, families are supported, and lifelong connections are formed. The children may be moving on, but the impact our teachers have had on their lives will always remain.

We are endlessly grateful for our incredible staff and for the families who trust us to help raise their babies. 💕
