Did you know The Flash was one of the first superheroes to have a secret identity that became just as famous as his superhero name?

Barry Allen first appeared as The Flash in Showcase #4 in 1956, helping launch what would become known as the Silver Age of Comics.

Barry’s introduction helped bring superheroes back into the spotlight and paved the way for the modern DC Universe!

What superhero should we feature in our next Comic Book Fact?

We love comics, but we especially love being able to support the talented creators right here in our local community!

Our comic wall currently features the work of two local comic artists:

Sky Shaker by Will Baugh
The Eternal by Bryan Fraze

If you’re a fan of comics and love discovering independent creators, stop by Etown Comics and check out their work!

Supporting local artists helps our comic community continue to grow, and we’re proud to give these creators a place to showcase their work.

Have you checked out our comic wall yet?
