Crease fly

I hand cut the body for this one. I glued a skin material over it. Coated in Solarez UV Top Coat 77 gloss. It really makes the iridescence pop on it.

The Crease fly was created by Captain Joe Blados in 1990s. Joe was a light tackle guide in Long Island, NY. He created it as a light weight alternative to balsa wood poppers. Meant for aggressive inshore salt water species, it proves to be a great fly for warm water species as well.
