Jumped in with my boy Chris on his 100 Burpee/Pull-ups, yum! We did 5 at a time with as little rest as possible in between. I finished in 22:30, Chris beat that for sure. Grateful for friends that don’t mind to push for better! Have an amazing Sunday!

Right at 5 weeks and my dude Austin has just hit the 20 lb mark!
Since the start Austin has put in the effort necessary to conduct change in his life. Through our many conversations his main source of motivation comes from wanting to keep his close relationship with his son and be able to be by his side in any activity in his life. Proud of you brother, time to keep knocking em down!🤜🏽
