The 2026 CCCA Scholarship Application is open for all qualifying students. The scholarship application form can be found at the link listed below. The application must be submitted along with the two letters of reference received by email to: [email protected] by 11:30 PM on April 04, 2026. Applicants or their parent/guardian must be current active members in the CCCA.

CCCA FALL MEETING SATURDAY NOV 8th at 6 PM

The Fall CCCA Meeting had to be pushed back one week. We will hold our annual Fall Association/Business Meeting on November 8th at 6PM at Fairview Baptist Church, 585 Watauga Rd, Watauga, TN 37694. Madelyn Owens with Corteva will be our guest speaker, and many other items on the agenda. Please make plans to join us.

We invite you to attend a certification training session tonight at 6 PM at the Farm Bureau Office, located at 301 N Lynn Avenue, Elizabethton. The training, offered by Dr. Smart with the TDA, will help you become DART certified with the State of Tennessee. DART stands for Disaster Animal Response Team. Hope you can attend tonight. 6PM

The Tennessee Department of Agriculture Crime Unit has asked LMA to share this report of missing or stolen livestock.

In July 2024, 30-35 head of cattle were reported missing from the Beech Grove, Tennessee area. The cattle were black angus and carrying a freeze brand (shown in comments).
