I’ve been intrigued lately with the power of the heart. How it affects our mind, the fact that it gives off an electromagnetic field that can change emotions, how it leads us in life, how it’s central to life itself.

I’m also intrigued at how a horse’s heart gives off an electromagnetic field much larger than ours, and how that field positively affects human physiology and mood, bringing us into the present moment and catalyzing healing.

A few facts from the HeartMath Institute:
Did you know?

• The heart sends out an electromagnetic field that changes with your emotions.
• The heart’s magnetic field can be measured up to several feet from the body.
• A mother’s brainwaves can synchronize to her baby’s heartbeat.
• Positive emotions can help you make good decisions.

Our Scientific Study Shows the Efficacy of the Equine Gestalt Coaching Method®.

271 people from various regions, backgrounds, and populations were included in this study result. And 98% of study respondents found their EGCM session beneficial enough to participate in another EGCM Session.

Findings demonstrated that there was an increase in the feelings of hopefulness and an improved sense of self-esteem and self-worth among the clients who participated in an EGCM session.
