As parents of a young man with Asperger's Syndrome (AS), my husband and I originally created CLUB: Hopeful Social in 2016, to fulfill a true need for new friendships and improved life skills. The club was for Aspies or other developmentally-challenged adults (age 21 and older) who aspire to talk, make friends, and socialize with like-minded individuals. d into The Skool' of L.I.F.E. is an educational, arts program offered by the REIGNbow ReNEWed LIFE Center. The mission is to improve the social and communication skills for our youth ages 12 to 28 with high-functioning Asperger's Syndrome or Autism. We also support parents of Autistic or Aspie* children ages 6 to 11. The effect of COVID-19 has proven that social interaction is crucial for the wellness of most people. During this time, Autistics or Aspies suffer because socializing is not their natural inclination. Therefore, we offer enriching classes and activities with the ultimate goal of improvement. Research and personal experience reveals participation in The Arts is therapeutic and fun. We also encourage Autism/ASD experts and supporters, to collaborate and volunteer with The Skool' of L.I.F.E.
