Today that meant watching Dr. James Amir complete his first All-on-X digital conversion — planning, surgery, and same-day prosthetic delivery, executed with the confidence of someone who’s been doing this for years.

He hasn’t. This was his first. And that’s the point.

The real measure of a teacher isn’t the cases you’ve done. It’s the cases your mentees can now do without you standing over their shoulder.
