I believe in getting to know my students, finding out exactly where they are at today, learning their strengths and weaknesses, and using that to move forward toward their goals together.
I believe that education is the job of the educator - therefore it is on MY shoulders to make sure the information is communicated in a way that makes sense to each student.
I believe that every student can get to the top of whichever mountain they are choosing to climb, as long as they have the right guide by their side - someone to walk beside them each step of the way and show them the path.
