We typically do a circuit style workout with stations set up, but yesterday Erik Lawson brought us this workout dice to try! 🎲🏋🏻‍♀️

There is a planned power outage for downtown starting at 1am that is expected to last for a few hours. During this outage keycards will not be working, and the gym staff will be asleep. Please do not plan on coming to the gym on Tuesday morning between 1am-4am, you will not be able to get in and it will be dark!
