Hiring Substitute Teachers-

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Substitute Teachers to join our educational team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment and ensuring that students continue to receive quality education in the absence of their regular teacher. This position requires adaptability, strong classroom management skills, and a passion for educating children of various ages.
Responsibilities
Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure continuity of instruction.
Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment.
Engage students in learning activities and encourage participation.
Provide support to students with diverse needs, including those in special education or with disabilities.
Foster a positive relationship with students and promote their social and emotional development.
Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
Supervise students during lunch, recess, and other non-instructional times as needed.
Requirements
Experience in early childhood education or working with children is preferred.
Strong understanding of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
Previous experience in daycare settings or as a nanny is beneficial.
Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and teaching styles.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive atmosphere for all learners.
