Another great Preschool-1st Grade camp last week! This time, it was all things Candyland themed! 🍭 We learned what a candy salad is, made super fun crafts, and danced our hearts out!

Thank you to all the families that joined us at camp this summer - we cannot wait to see some of our older dancers next week and start full season classes next month! 🤩

We had a wonderful time at our K-POP themed Preschool-1st Grade camp! 👩🏻‍🎤 So many laughs, endless dance moves, yummy snacks, and pure FUN!

We had SO much fun in the Elgin Cheese Days parade today! 🧀

It was wonderful to have a few dancers back together and performing for our community again! Thank you all for the laughs, loud cheers, and great time! 🩷

☀️ SUMMER SPECIAL SESSIONS ARE LIVE!

New this year: we are in the Elgin Cheese Days parade lineup! We are so excited for this opportunity, as our dancers have requested it every year. To keep this offering, we need a minimum of 15 dancers registered by June 1st.

Also..... Our PreK-1st Grade Camps are BACK! Our summer camps are designed for our youngest dancers. We will focus on basic dance technique, do a themed craft, have a snack, learn a short routine to perform at the end of the session, and have a whole lot of FUN! Jump on these quickly - the openings won't last long.

Dancer of the Week awards are given to two dancers each week. Selected dancers display positivity, responsibility, respect for coaching staff and fellow dancers, willingness to try new things, leadership within their class, and/or kindness to others.

Just For Kix Dance Banquet 2026 🩷

What a fun afternoon celebrating another incredible season, our milestone dancers, and those who make this program possible! A huge thank you to everyone that came out today. We had an outstanding group of dancers this season, with a large number celebrating 5 or 10 years with the program! We are unbelievably proud of the people you are becoming and cannot wait to see you all continue to grow in the seasons to come. We are so happy to be part of your journey!
