CURRENT AND FORMER MEMBERS... check your closets! Our chapter loaner jacket supply is running low because members have not returned loaner jackets. We have members in need of jackets for fair, please make arrangements to return loaner jackets as soon as possible. Reach out to Mr. Bolen to make arrangements to return them.

Have you noticed how great the city hanging baskets look this year? This is due in large part to the quiet efforts of Tony Lambert! Each and every day, Tony has been watering these baskets and keeping them looking vibrant! Thank you Tony for everything that you do!

Tonight is Tough Enough to Wear Pink night at The Elgin Stampede! We are once again partnering with Elgin Foodtown to collect money for breast cancer screenings! So Tonight when you see the FFA members with Pink buckets, be sure to make a contribution!

Elgin Stampede is this week and we are on garbage cleanup duty again this year! Stampeders pay us for this work and that money goes into your student accounts if you work shifts.

We are looking for students to work cleanup, as well as parents that can supervise on some of the days.

We need people for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings!

I (Mr. Bolen) am teaching a course to certify other agriculture teachers in the tractor safety curriculum on Tuesday. I am in need of a tractor to borrow for the day. Ideally we are looking for a small utility tractor, similar in size to a 3 or 4 series John Deere.
