Every feeding journey looks different—whether you’re nursing, pumping, formula feeding, or doing a combination of it all. What matters most is that you and your little one feel supported, cared for, and connected.

This month, EPEL is celebrating all the parents and caregivers navigating the early days of feeding. You are doing an incredible job building a strong, healthy foundation for your child’s growth and development.

Reach out to local parent groups, family support programs, or healthcare providers if you ever need guidance or a helpful hand along the way. You don’t have to do it alone! ❤️
