Dear Families,
I want to share a brief update regarding a facility maintenance item from last week. We were notified that the original installation bolts on one of our tables needed to be shorter. We took immediate action to resolve this, and the hardware has now been fully replaced. We have also updated licensing and DHS to confirm that the matter is resolved and everything is up to standard. We always strive to maintain an environment where parents feel completely comfortable coming to us directly with any questions or concerns, no matter how small. Our doors are always open, and we deeply value your direct feedback so we can continue providing the best care possible for your children.
Thank you, Kelissa
