Kimball Middle School Band

Congratulations to the Kimball Band on their Superior Division 1 rating yesterday at the Six Flags Trills and Thrills festival! It was a beautiful day and we had a blast in the park!

Congratulations to Kimball band students Emmanuel Alanis, Albel Almanza, Janiaya Green, Mateo Herrera, D'Maury'A Mardis, Amanda Penaloza, Daisy Real, Edgar Rosas, Devin Smith, Madison Taylor, Henry Tiknis, Anthony Tirado, Hailey Uribe, and Lukas Weber for participating in the U-46 Solo and Ensemble Festival! These students all received division 3 and 4 ratings (the highest ratings) and worked extra hard preparing their pieces! An extra special congratulations goes out to the following students for earning "Best of Day" in their respective rooms in the following categories:

These students also took their talents on the road and performed for the residents at a local retirement home and brought a lot of joy to our community. We are so proud of you all!

Congratulations to Daisy Real, Madison Taylor, Xymena Bello, Lukas Weber, Jordan Bermudez, D’Maury’A Mardis, Devin Smith, and Henry Tiknis for being selected to perform with the U-46 Middle School Honor Band last Thursday! The students rehearsed all afternoon at Bartlett High School under the direction of guest conductor Brayer Teague and then put on a fantastic evening performance. Bravo!!

Some of our 6th grade Creekside musicians performed some festive holiday songs around their school before break! :)

Thanks to the Larkin High School Band for hosting us at their middle school band night on Friday! We had a great time hanging out and performing at halftime with you!
